What it looks like in practice

A realistic week for a small therapy practice:

  1. New client. A prospective client books an intro session from the booking link. The practice approves the request and the client is told.
  2. Before the first session. An intake form and a consent agreement go out. The client fills them in and signs online, and the copies are stored on their record.
  3. On the day. The front desk sees the client has arrived. After the session the therapist adds a note and a follow-up task.
  4. Afterwards. An invoice goes out with a Pay now button. A voucher is issued if the client bought a block of sessions.

Questions

Is Colony a clinical records system?

No. Colony is business software with a CRM for the business side: bookings, client details, forms, signatures, messages and invoices. It makes no compliance certification claim, so check what your own profession and country require.

Can clients sign forms online?

Yes. Send a form or document and the client fills it in and signs on any device. The signed copy returns as a sealed PDF stored on their record.

Can I approve bookings before they are confirmed?

Yes. Set the rule on each booking link. You can also choose whether the client is told by email, WhatsApp or both.

Can I send reminders and messages?

You can send email, WhatsApp and SMS with consent records, STOP handling and quiet hours. Marketing messages need consent, and every unsubscribe is honoured.

Will my clients see Hebrew?

The public pages clients see, such as booking, forms and signing, can be shown in Hebrew, right to left. The Colony app itself is in English for now.
